Genesis 1;31…….’ then God looked over all He had made and behold, he saw that it was all good’….

Well, Its Official, you do not know how good something is until you experience it. I did not know how beautiful our country is until I started to explore it….I Love Kenya!! My sweet homeland….(Kenia, mien laben lang)

This should be a place of destination for whomever out there that has not experienced the beauty of this country, Kenya.

Am back to Campus, and the first week is not always as busy because students happen to be settling back in, so I took the opportunity to travel to the Maasai Mara. Oh my, did I just fall in love with the environment, the landscape, the wild animals, the fresh air, the friendly Maasai Community, the sunset, the experience of camping in a Reserve, literally everything.

For those interested, the trip is quite pocket friendly…because as a Kenyan, my charges were as much as ksh.1000 ….for foreigners it goes to about 80 dollars, something that, I think it is pocket friendly depending on the amount of personal pleasure that you get from the view….it is just priceless.
As for transport, if you are not on personal means then you can organize a group

trip and travel together, as a couple (quiet so that you can spend quality time together), as a family (have fun, take pictures, spend your holidays there), as friends (strengthen those friendship ties), as business partners, go rewind in your own country, visit the Mara. Personally, when not traveling personal I trust travel with www.sunsplashsafaris.com .Trust me, a trip to the Mara, will be worth every penny spent.up there is a picture of the community selling their jewellery to local and international tourist.
Where to stay? Well there are well built camps, that you can stay in for as long as your stay.
The Kenyan Land is still so fertile, beautiful, rich, yet so UN-explored!! Let us travel Kenya.

  1. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s difficult to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appearance. I must say you have done a awesome job with this. Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Chrome. Outstanding Blog!
