3 day Body Detoxification

Day One
First things first, get 8 hours of sleep. This gives the body and skin  time to repair itself as well as for toxins to be eliminated and eventually out of the body.
Morning:
When you wake up in the morning take a cup of green tea and get ready for the day.Green tea contains antioxidants and plant compounds that help speed up the metabolism in your body for the day.(If you really can’t stand the taste add a spoon of honey or lemon to improve the taste), note I did not say for it to taste good, but for it to taste better.
Make sure no coffee is drunk on this day.
Breakfast
Grab a well washed orange or lemon; the two contain high levels of Vitamin C. One can chose to eat the orange as it is, or blend it into juice.
Morning Snack
Here you should take yoghurt. Ensure it is either  plain, pure or natural yoghurt. The protein and calcium found in yoghurts help in the digestion process.
Lunch
Here it will be a salad: Lettuce, spinach, 4 carrots, 4 tomatoes
Heat up olive oil and cook up the spinach for 2 minutes, put in the 4 diced carrots and 4 tomatoes, cook through for about 3 minutes. It will be ready to be served.
Afternoon Snack
Banana: It is very high in potassium and helps clear the intestines as well as soothe skin indirectly.
Supper
100 grams of broccoli florets, 1 large onion and 2 large carrots .Carrots have high levels of antioxidants, minerals and helps cleanse organs.
Chop all the ingredients mentioned above. Pre-heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix broccoli with carrots and onions and cook for 10 minutes, once they start to turn brown, serve.

Note:Whenever you feel thirsty, always drink water no room for sugary drinks at any cost.The clearer your urine becomes, the more evidence that toxins are clearing out.
At the end of the day you will notice that you feel happier, less bloated and invigorated. A healthy body is a healthy mind.
