Am almost sure that, at least once in your life, you have heard someone complain that they have blackheads either around the nose, or just somewhere on their skin. Well blackheads also known as comedon, are tiny, dark spots on the skin. They are caused by a small plug in the opening of a follicle (pore). That is keratin combines with oil to block the follicle.

A come do can either be open, which is referred to as a black head, or it can be closed by skin, this is referred to as an (whitehead), and it can occur whether one has acne or not.
Oil production in the sebaceous glands increases during puberty, increasing the chances of blackheads in adolescence (teenagers), so to say. Smoking however can worsen acne conditions and should therefore be avoided to reduce the chances of blackheads.
Management; Here are some of the do’s and don’ts
1.One can use mild soaps or try use non-oily cleanser when washing the skin.
2.There are over the counter creams that one can purchase to get rid of the blackhead of which I do not recommend as chemicals are not known to have a happy ending.
3.Squeezing out the blackheads may remove them but will most likely damage your skin, so avoid this.

Home remedy for blackheads

This will sound weird but yes, it has effectively worked for my friend, for as long as I can remember. Get office glue, yes, I said office glue; rub this onto the affected area, for example around the nose. Wait for about 30 minutes (until the glue completely dries). Then strip it off, yes you will notice that the blackheads came off with the glue, it’s amazing! I know.
Well it may not be a permanent solution, but I have noticed that when you do this repeatedly over time (maybe weekly or as often as you possibly can) you will notice that they gradually reduce in number and possibility of them becoming extinct is high.
Remember to always drink plenty of water and to eat healthy, this is key.
