Plain water is essential in our bodies. We ought to take at least 8 glasses of water every day. Better if you have more than that. Here are 4 ways you can infuse water to your health’s benefit.

Spice up your water with these 5 mixtures and you body will thank you.This can be done as often as one wants to, just don’t overdo. Too much of anything is poisonous.
