By -

Halo there loves! It a new week and there is nothing more I would love to do than share this apple cider vinegar experience.

Well, I have heard a lot about the benefits of Apple cider Vinegar which include balancing out the hair PH,but I never really took keen interest in the same. Well, since I got the apple cider vinegar,It has been nothing but good to me. My skin,my health and now my hair. Apple cider vinegar is popularly known to balance out the PH of one’s hair. And this couldn’t be more true, especially after I tried out the hair rinse. What you need to do. Take half a cup of apple cider vinegar. Mix it with 1litre of water. Keep this mixture for the steps below. Remember the varies with one’s hair length as well as your hair thickness. So adjust the mixture to suit (cover ) all of your hair.

Here are the Steps.

1.Shampoo clean your hair.

2.Rinse out the shampoo.

3.Take the apple cider vinegar mix and pour it on your hair: more like damped the hair with the apple cider vinegar mix. ( 2 parts water, one part apple cider Vinegar)

4. Put on a shower cap and leave the apple cider vinegar on your hair for like 30-45 minutes . (Some may find the smell unbearable-but if it helps your hair, care less about its smell)

5.Rinse out the apple cider vinegar with water then condition your hair with your regular shampoo. (You will not smell the apple cider vinegar after the conditioner rinse. You will notice that your hair feel stronger, cleaner ,shinier, vibrant and your scalp??? Beautiful. To a point that my hair dresser went like. ‘What did you do to your scalp,it’s as clean as I have never seen it before!’ Well try this amazing ACV rinse and sure thing, you can thank me later.😉😉
