Healthy Hair Smoothie: (DIY)

Here is a popular hair smoothie that I read from a smoothie book by Trisha. I tried out and noticed that the health of my hair was improving. Enjoy.
It includes a blend of:
a. Protein (powder)
b. Almond milk or rice milk, or coconut milk or even yoghurt (Your Choice)
c. 1 Banana
d. 4 Ice cubes
e. 1pear / You can opt to use an apple as well
f. A handful of kales
g. A handful of spinach
h. 2 spoonsful of flax seeds or chia seeds
i. Raspberry or blue berries, or black berries – just for colour, you can chose any other fruit of choice for colour
j. Blend.

It will look different, depending on how generous or scarce you were with your ingredients.

Take this smoothie at least once or twice a week for about 6 months to a year and be keen to notice the betterment of your hair’s health. In most cases, one notices the difference as soon as they start taking the smoothie. This is not only good for your hair but your health in general.
